Carondelet humbuckers use the same color codes as Seymour Duncan. All of the wiring diagrams at SD's website can be used in the installation of Carondelet humbuckers.

Carondelet cloth and shielded braid leads use the same color codes as Fender and Gibson. Online wiring diagrams for their products should work for Carondelet products as well.

Magnets are at the heart of every guitar pickup, and the alloy/material employed affects output, equalization and the overall tone and feel of the pickup. Here's a very general magnet overview.

Fender-style pickups (Strat, Tele, P- and J-Bass) have exposed coil start and coil finish wires, and cutting or damaging either wire will KILL the pickup and void its warranty. Be aware and be careful!
WARRANTY: All Carondelet pickups carry a one-year manufacturing defects warranty extended to the original owner. Abuse, misuse and/or altering, cutting short or tampering with pickup leads, exposed pickup coil wire, solder joints, coil tape. magnets, and/or metal pickup covers void the warranty.
DELIVERY TIMES: Most Carondelet pickups are wound and assembled by hand, one at a time. Due to speed limitations in the hand-crafted process and overall demand, lead times for Carondelet pickups typically range from two to four weeks.

Carondelet's local installation hub is The Fret Shack, a fretted instrument repair, resto and upgrade workshop in Baton Rouge that services about 1,000 electric guitars and basses annually. Fret Shack is an authorized service, installation and warranty center for ESP/LTD, Guild, Takamine and Cordoba.
