Refund policy
New Pickup Exchange
Because tone, feel and tastes are personal and subjective, Carondelet does not accept pickup returns for refunds.
Patrons do, however, have a 30-day new pickup exchange policy, in which they can swap their initial Carondelet purchase for an alternative Carondelet product deemed a better fit for preferences and needs.
To be eligible for exchange, Carondelet product must be in the same condition as received new; unworn and unmodified (including undrilled baseplates); with UNCUT leads; and in original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, the buyer MUST first request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and product consultation at 225.916.7795 or info@thefretshack.com. Items sent back to us without a RMA and/or product consultation will not be accepted.
The patron will be responsible for any difference in product prices as part of the product exchange. The patron will cover all return and forwarding shipping charges related to the exchange.
The 30-day exchange policy can only be exercised with Carondelet HQ directly, not with Carondelet retailers.
The 30-day exchange policy does NOT include Carondelet pickups in instruments built or sold through Carondelet's builder/OEM supplier network.
